Jemma was extremely informative explaining the procedure and it didn't hurt at all. She took great care in making sure everything was numbed and I was comfy. I initially went in for a consultation but she did the procedure the same day! Great results so far and I'm looking forward to seeing everything healed. Gemma took such care at my follow-up appointment. She explained every step of the procedure, and why processes and results are as they are. Very informative! She is also able to put clients at their ease and has a lovely calm and reassuring manner. She was also concerned to answer any questions that might arise after treatment, and asked for me to contact her after a month or so to see how it had turned out. All in all, I would highly recommend Jemma!

I have to say, I was a bit nervous about having my lips flooded with colour that was permanent but I really wanted to do it at the same time. Jemma’s warm, friendly and positive attitude soon put my mind to rest and I had quite a lovely time. Lots of chat and reassurance and then it was time for the tattooing to begin and I didn’t feel a thing. It took quite a long time but throughout Gemma kept numbing and numbing and numbing so I didn’t feel any pain and I was really excited at the end to have a look at what she had done I couldn’t wish for anything better.
